1. Product Nature
We provide educational video lessons recorded by experienced classroom teachers, covering the following grade categories:
- Grades 1–3
- Grades 4–6
- Grades 7–9 (Junior Secondary School)
- Grades 10–12 (Senior Secondary School 1–3)
These lessons are available in two formats:
- Digital Download – Accessible online via your Gmail account after purchase.
- Physical OTG Drive – Preloaded with the same video lessons and shipped to your address upon request.
2. Access & Delivery
Digital Downloads:
- Upon successful payment, you will receive access to organized video folders for your purchased grade level(s) via the Gmail address provided at checkout.
- Access is instant once your order is processed.
OTG Drive Orders:
- OTG drives will be shipped to the delivery address provided during checkout.
- Shipping timelines vary based on your location and will be communicated upon order confirmation.
- Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed at checkout.
3. Usage Rights
- All videos are for personal, non-commercial use only.
- You may watch the videos on your personal devices (phone, tablet, computer, TV) or via the OTG drive.
- Copying, redistributing, selling, or uploading the videos to public platforms without our written consent is strictly prohibited.
4. Refund & Return Policy
Digital Downloads:
- Due to the instant delivery nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once access is granted.
OTG Drives:
- Refunds or replacements are only available if the OTG drive is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product to request a replacement.
- Shipping costs for returns may apply unless the product is confirmed defective.
5. Technical Requirements
- An active Gmail account is required for digital access.
- A stable internet connection is recommended for streaming or downloading videos.
- For OTG drives, ensure your device supports OTG connections or has a compatible adapter.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
- Incorrect Gmail addresses or shipping details provided at checkout.
- Internet or device issues on the customer’s end.
- Loss or damage of the OTG drive after successful delivery.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our products and services indicates acceptance of the latest terms.
